The space The welcoming entrance leads to a warm and inviting open living area with lots of natural light, high vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace, ideal for unwinding during the cooler months. The home comfortably sleeps 10, with 5 bedrooms and 3 and half bath. This three-story home is ideal for large gatherings, offering ample space and comfort. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea in our beautiful kitchen, well-equipped with appliances, granite countertops and ample spacious cabinetry. The dining area can comfortably accommodate a large group, rendering it a suitable venue for family dinner gatherings or entertainment. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is readily available throughout the house. There are smart TVs on all three levels for a peaceful escape. The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 (primary) offers a king size bed, smart TV, full bath and an enclosed deck overlooking the back of the house. There is a back gate; however, it is not accessible. The drive to the front from the back gate takes approximately 30 minutes; therefore, it is advisable to avoid this route. Due to the high number of people walking in the neighborhood, the authorities are quite strict regarding speeding in the community and may issue a ticket. Therefore, it is imperative to exercise caution when driving. The speed limit on the main road is 25 mph and on the side roads, it is 15 mph.
