Building Etiquette: To maintain the building's high standards, we kindly ask that when returning from the beach (with sand or in swimwear) or when carrying large luggage/groceries, you always use the service entrance and elevator. The service entrance is conveniently located to the left of the main stairs when coming from the beach. Please note that walking through the main lobby shirtless or in swimwear only is not permitted. Other things to note Identification: Valid identification documents are required for all guests staying at the property prior to check-in. Scheduling: Check-in and check-out times must be strictly observed. Additional charges will apply for early check-ins and late check-outs, subject to availability. Long-term stays: For monthly rentals, electricity consumption is not included in the rental price and will be billed separately.
