Looking for accommodations for additional family or friends? We have another unit at Surf Dweller, Unit #303 that may be available. Guest access You will have 100% access to the unit once you are provided with a keyless entry code. Other things to note 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set are included with the rental. You just go down and talk to the beach attendant (they are on the right as you come off the boardwalk) and tell them what unit number you’re staying in. They’ll assign you where your beach set up is daily (Available ONLY March 1 to October 31). Beach towels and assorted toys are located in the condo’s laundry room. Only 2 parking passes are included in your stay and it is open parking (1st come, 1st served), so pick any spot on the property. All others will be towed at Owner's Expense and we will not be held accountable. The Building Security monitors this very closely!
