The house has 2 floors, on the first floor you will find a living room, kitchen, pool, jacuzzi and a loft room with a small internal kitchen. We have a barbecue. On the second floor we have 3 fully independent rooms, a living room with a spectacular view of the village and the Cauca River. Additional service room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Cauca Viejo subdivision: The cobbled central square, Chapel (with National Architecture Award), tennis court, soccer, volleyball, nature trails, Fonda inspired by the Villa de Medellín Station, and a replica of a traditional panela trapiche (yes! You can see how they make the panela!). Experience being in an exclusive paisa village, almost like a living museum! In the house you can enjoy all the facilities and their amenities: jacuzzi, swimming pool, board games, gas grill, and all its spacious spaces. Other things to note To make your rest complete, you will have the service of a maid in the house during your stay (from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm), so you will always have a clean space and a delicious meal while enjoying the pool. This has a cost of: $85,000/day to be paid directly to the support lady at the end of the stay. If the group is between 11 and 16 people, there are two support ladies and an additional $85,000 per night would be paid. This payment is made directly by the guest. We are PET friendly.
