There is a laundry area in both cabins that guests have access to during their stay. Surrounding the cabins is a paved driveway and paved parking areas. There is plenty of room to park a boat trailer if you're visiting to enjoy Seneca Lake! The Main Cabin is wheelchair accessible on the main level, with a ramp to enter. The Main Cabin's master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with grab bar for safety. Other things to note Both cabins will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. Both cabins also have various board games, cards, and yard games for your entertainment. There are two fishing poles, two kayaks, and two paddle boards to enjoy! We also supply firewood for guest use. After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $850.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. Note: the pet fee ($150 + taxes & fees) is PER PET up to Maximum of 5 allowed pet(s)!
