Pleasant Ridge Ranch House

Our house is a small but cute and cozy house that's located in the Pleasant Ridge / Norwood area. Located in the Center of Cincinnati. 1 mile from trendy Montgomery Road / Pleasant Ridge Square. And mile from Oakley Square and Rookwood Town Center. (bars, restaurants, shopping area) within a 2-mile radius. It's also about 8 miles from Downtown Cincinnati. 2 miles from Xavier University and 4 miles from the University of Cincinnati. The space You are renting Unit 1 of 2. 1st floor of a newly renovated 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom/kitchen house with comfortable full-size bed and futon (in the living room) that includes High-speed internet/wifi, Roku/Netflix. FYI - Unit 2 - basement Unit (separate back entrance) is currently being used by the owner (but in the future, it may be rented out). Guest access Guest Access - The guest entrance is the front door. Guest Parking - There is two-lane driveway parking. The guest has access to the RIGHTS SIDE DRIVE PARKING SPOT. (Right side driveway facing the house). The left side driveway that leads to GARAGE IS FOR HOST (and/ or Unit 2 guest). Please DO NOT park or block access to the garage. The guest can have one car, but for some reason you have two, the second car must be parked on the street (Free street parking).
 Also, there is free street parking within a block radius.
