The space You will have access to the entire private home, including the deck overlooking the mountains and the private back patio & succulent garden. There are no shared walls and the house is separated by fence from all other buildings. The top floor is a complete one bedroom home that is modern and bright. The ground floor is an attached garage that has been converted into a comfortable live/work space. It is large with a lot of bright light coming in from the windows to the private patio and succulent garden. Please note though: there is an insulated garage door that does not open and there is no A/C on the ground floor. That said, the polished concrete floor keeps the room cool on all but the hottest afternoons and nights are always pleasant.
