Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Year round accessibility, Right on a bold creek. Patio next to the creek with a fire pit, and firewood supplied by Host. The space Duplex condo, the 2 bedroom side (left side). Won’t be ready until June 2025….. hopefully. Both have been painted within the past year and a half, inside and out. Furnishings are new or recently renewed except for deck furniture on the 2 bedroom side. And the downstairs sofa of the same unit. I (the co-host) am in hopes those will be updated soon. Both sides are clean, comfortable and relaxing . I try to supply enough conveniences as we have in our own home. Which is around the corner…. In country terms we are .2 of a mile up the road . If by any chance we forgot something. Or you ran out of something one of us is usually close enough to fix the issue. Please remember you are in the country, things get slippery no matter how much pressure washing we do. And there are some bugs occasionally; maybe a deer or a wild turkey in the yard, or even a black bear. Enjoy from a distance. Do not approach. A mamma bear with cubs can be very aggressive. The creek water comes off the forestry, we try to keep it as nature intended. The water from the faucets is from a gravity fed spring. Tested on a regular basis. We all drink from the same spring. There are 3 family homes on it and the duplex. No need to buy bottled water here. Refill the ones you already have. Guest access Each side of the duplex has its own space and decks. The patio and fire pit is the only shared space. Other things to note If both sides are parts of the same family or party. Please return all of the furnishings to the proper unit and place before checking out.
