Minutes to Lititz, Lancaster, Reading, Spooky Nook Sports Complex, Dutch Wonderland, Amish Country and Outlets. Easy day trips to Philadelphia, Baltimore, & Hershey Park! Located just outside of Ephrata, PA in the heart of Lancaster County. There is a par 3 golf course close by, and all of the shopping of Rt. 30 in Lancaster within a 20 minute drive. Stay in this home if you are looking for a quiet, country vacation, with everything on one floor. You will have the entire home to use - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with washer and dryer, kitchen with fridge, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, table with 4 chairs, and living room. There is WIFI and cable TV, plus a small desk. The backyard is great, looking over fields. There is a small table and chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy the country views. This home is a duplex and is attached to another home. I do live and work close by and would be happy to answer your questions between 7 am - 10 pm local time. The mennonite neighbors may also come over to welcome you, they are very friendly. This home is surrounded by farms and several Amish neighbors. It is very quiet and serene! The dog next door is friendly and will stay in her yard, but she does bark at strangers. Please do not try to pet her or the horse in the back. Stay on this side of the split rail fence in the back. There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. Royer Rd is off of Rt 272, and is a short drive to Lititz, Lancaster, Adamstown, Akron, Reading, Hershey and Harrisburg. The large trash can and recycling container is in the unlocked shed off the back patio. Please add full trash bags to the trash can. Trash day is Tuesday (except for Holiday weeks) so if you are in the house Monday night, please move the trash containers to the street by the mailbox. And then return the container to the shed after they are emptied.
