Relax in this beautiful guest house around the pool or watching the sunset. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or long-term stay. By day, relax in the Jacuzzi or swim in the pool, or by night, enjoy the beautiful sunset, cuddle by a warm fire or make yourself a BBQ dinner. Quiet neighborhood, easy access from the freeway, 30 minutes from the beach, surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking trails, and close to great shopping and dining. The space 1 bedroom with queen bed 1 loft with either 1 king bed or up to 3 single beds 1 bathroom Living room and kitchenet 1 parking space plus easy street parking Large patio Livingroom Pool and jacuzzi BBQ and Fire pit The loft will be set up with 2 twin floor mattresses. Upon your request, we can set up the loft with 1 king-sized mattress or a 3rd twin. The pool house has a spacious living room, main bedroom with a queen bed and 3/4 bath (shower but no tub) adjoining the Bedroom. The only access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom. There is also a second bedroom in the loft overlooking the living room. You have to climb a ladder to enter the loft; and it has low ceilings . (See photos). Because of the ladder, the loft is not safe for small children or appropriate for individuals with limited mobility. In the living room is a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee, maker, kettle and dishes. There is no stove. Guest access All guest house and yard. Yard, pool and jacuzzi are shared with the main house. If you have something special you want to do in the shared space (for example, anniversary dinner at sunset on the back patio) let us know and we'll try to arrange our schedule to accommodate. Likewise, we'll let you know if we've got anything planned (e.g., friends coming over for a backyard BBQ). Thanks. Other things to note Use of pool and jacuzzi require specific instructions.
