Also have queen-sized air mattress and folding tables. Wifi and Direct TV with DVD player and variety of DVD's. No smoking or pets. The space Back yard has swingset, small trampoline, sandbox, patio with fire pit & BBQ grill. Guest access Back yard, patio with firepit, patio furniture, BBQ grill Other things to note There is no designated smoking area on the property, so guests will need to step to the sidewalk and properly dispose of cooled buttes in trash recepticles. Please do not litter! No excessive drinking or loud parties or extra guests not on reservation.
