Full time staff onsite! Walkable to restaurants, local shops, & concert venues! The space CASA CLARITA is located on a quiet residential street. In the building, you'll find 10 separate apartments, each uniquely designed for our guest's comfort and best experience. Apartment 8 welcomes you with a nice open floor plan. Newly Built and complete with: - Big Queen bed (160cms) - Skylight - NEW Air Conditioning / AC - FAST WI-Fi -Stylish Bathroom w/ toiletries - Fully equipped kitchen - Microwave - Electric Stove - Smart TV - Comfy Living Room and Outdoor Patio (shared with other guests) - On-site Laundry service is available for a fee (shared with other guests) Guest access - We have an automated available check-in process 24/7. -Any guest under 18 years of age must be registered by their legal guardian with proper documentation. - ***UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED*** - We offer a VIP airport shuttle service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
