The large windows characterizing the entrance to the home allow sunlight to flood the entire living room. Other things to note WARNING 1) The staircase leading to the basement level (-1) is very steep and narrow. It is not recommended for elderly people or those with reduced mobility. However, on the ground floor (without using the stairs), you will find a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom, and the kitchen. 2) Air conditioning is available in all rooms (living room, bedroom 1, and bedroom 2). In the building, the air conditioning pipes were not installed efficiently, and as a result, the air conditioning may sometimes be less powerful, especially in the living room. We have provided a fan to help. 3) Unfortunately, the parking space in front of the apartment entrance is not available.
