Primary suite is the whole second floor, bright and airy with a king size bed, desk, 40 inch Roku TV w/ soundbar, and small walk in closet. Private balcony has a two person hanging porch swing facing the sunset. Ensuite bath has a closet with a full size washer and dryer. The second bedroom is on the first floor through french doors off the kitchen, with a full + twin bunk bed, two dressers, a bookshelf and a closet. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed, desk and dresser, and functions well as a small guest room and/or office that connects to the 2nd bedroom via sound proof sliding glass door. The 3rd bedroom/office also has private access via the private front patio. Living room has a large sectional sofa + oversized ottoman, 50 inch Roku TV and gas fireplace we switch on to warm up in the mornings. Upgraded kitchen with 6 burner Viking range and granite countertops. Outside, the first floor has a large private patio with natural shade, two luxurious lounge swings and a multifunctional four person patio set. The rooftop deck has sweeping panoramic ocean views, four adjustable lounge chairs, and a table. See all the way from Point Loma to La Jolla. It's central, relatively traffic free, and easy to quickly get to all the attractions (Beach, Sea World, Zoo, Conference Center, Gaslamp, Little Italy).
