The space The 40m² Studio features an integrated kitchen, living room and balcony, a bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a home office desk and a wardrobe. For a better experience and comfort for our guests, we offer: - Electronic lock: Password provided for automated and easy check-in - 125 MB Wi-Fi; - Air-conditioning in the bedroom - Portable fan - Sofa bed in the living room for up to two people - 2 mattresses that can be used in the bedroom or living room - Smart TV in the living room and TV in the bedroom - Glass enclosure for the balcony and blackout curtains - Complete bed and bath linens - Pillows - Hair dryer and amenities (shampoo and conditioner and soap) - The kitchen has: Microwave, water filter, refrigerator, cooktop, electric sandwich maker, blender and kitchen utensils (pots, silicone spatulas, sieves, drainer, cutting board, bottle opener, coffee strainer, thermos, glass and ceramic containers, plates, mugs, glasses, cups and cutlery) - Basic items for daily use (coffee powder, paper coffee strainer, sugar, salt, oil and napkins) - Basic cleaning items (Detergent, kitchen loofah, all-purpose bleach, soap powder, floor cloth, surface cloth, broom, dustpan, squeegee, bucket and garbage bags) - Iron and ironing board - Portable clothesline - Washing machine with liquid soap and fabric softener Guest access For check-in, guests must send us their registration data in advance, and upon arrival at the property's entrance, they will do the biometrics for access to the condominium and use of the common areas. For access to the apartment, which has an electronic lock, a password will be sent on the day of check-in. Visitors will not be accepted without prior registration with us, and they will also not be able to use the pool or garage. We remind you that these rules are in place for greater security and general well-being, and can be checked by filming the common areas and by direct contact with the 24-hour concierge. Other things to note We do not currently allow pets The building has a 24-hour concierge, 2 elevators, an internal TV circuit, a covered garage in the condominium itself and biometric access, for the improved security of residents and guests. We also provide access to the swimming pool and barbecue area (subject to scheduling and stipulated fee), both located on the building's rooftop, which has a 360° view of the city, with emphasis on the incredible Itaparica waterfront. The space is close to supermarkets, malls, bars and good restaurants. The boardwalk is very popular with residents of the region, and in this area, there are several kiosks, children's toys, a popular gym and bicycles for rent for those looking to enjoy the city by pedaling. Several sports are practiced, such as volleyball and beach tennis, and on Sunday one of the lanes of the waterfront is transformed into a leisure street for the better enjoyment of residents and tourists. With this beach and solar scenery, the late afternoons are delightful to be contemplated from the apartment's balcony, but the biggest highlight is the sunrise, an incredible experience that can be enjoyed in the comfort of our Studio.
