AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: Guests agree that Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78 and that the fan setting shall be "Auto" Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. If the thermostat is set below 72 may cause the unit to condensate or shut down. Guests will be responsible for such repairs caused by extreme temperature settings. 3. SMOKING inside the property is strictly prohibited.
