YOUR SPACE by the beach

We have paddle boards, surf boards, and bikes! Best location! We are near everything. Less than 5 minutes to the beach! Go paddle boarding in the bay too! We are a short bike ride to the famous Belmont shops and resturaunts. 20 min. To Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. Near Cal State Long Beach, the park, and freeways. 5 minutes from Long Beach airport, 25 min. From LAX, 20 min. from SNA. Private room in an apartment that we live in. We do have young children, and also welcome yours. The space We are in a six-plex apartment complex. We are on a bottom level and off of the main street, so you will not have any street noise. The shared bathroom does have a shower and tub. And there is coin laundry available. Use of the living room patio and kitchen are all available, and shared. Guest access We have 4 surfboards, 2 paddle boards, 2 bikes, and extra strollers if you want to use any of these items. During your stay Our interaction with you, is up to you. We can leave your alone, or take you to some good restaurants. We will greet you when you arrive. Other things to note As of June 2018 we will have a labradoodle (certified service animal- trained and non-shedding). We have a large patio, with a grill and chairs for your enjoyment. House rules will be available when you book, but some major items to note: No loud noise after 9PM, no smoking or vaping, no cannabis on premises, and appropriate alcohol use expected. We can charge extra in cases of damaging any items used (ie. surfboards, bikes, property- chairs, linens, mattress [including bedbugs]) We do have young children and therefore we want to advice our guests that our children are generally up around 6:30AM.
