To ensure a pleasant and organized stay, we ask that you carefully read the following information: Documentation and Access • To release access with the concierge, it is necessary to send a copy of the front and back of the identification document of all guests at least 24 hours in advance of the date of entry. • Teenagers: They can only access the property upon proof of affiliation or presentation of prior authorization signed by the parents or legal guardians, with notarized signature. • Visitors: Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Standards for Cohabitation and Use of Space • The layout of the beds and the arrangement of the towels may vary due to the high flow of guests, but the quality of the trousseau will always be maintained. • Date change requests will NOT be accepted less than 5 days in advance or during the stay. • Common areas: • Consuming alcoholic beverages or using stereos is not permitted. • For safety reasons, glass objects should not be taken into the pool area. In the event of a breakage, the fee for emptying, cleaning and replenishing the pool will be charged. • It is forbidden to transit outside the pool area in swimsuits or when wet. • Pets: Not allowed in the property. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If this occurs, a fee will be charged to remove the cigarette odor. • Photo shoots and content creation: It is forbidden to conduct photo shoots or produce content, regardless of the niche, in the apartment and in the common areas of the building. • After 10 p.m., we ask that the noise level be reduced out of respect for the neighbors. • External noises: Noise from nearby construction may occur during business hours, as the condominium is subject to maintenance or renovation in neighboring units. Services, Cleaning and Sustainability • A complete linen kit (sheets, bath and face towels) will be provided. • Our linen comes from the laundry, it may be wrinkled, as we do not iron bed and bath linens. • No linen changes or extra cleaning are included. If necessary, these services can be requested at an additional cost, at least 24 hours in advance. • Personal items: We do not provide personal items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste or other similar products. • Sustainability: For environmental reasons, we do not provide garbage bags. We ask that guests use the options available responsibly. • Replenishment: If any essential items are missing, such as towels, blankets, toilet paper, shampoo or soap, please contact us for replenishment by 5 p.m. • Cleaning upon departure: We ask that you dispose of the garbage, wash the used dishes and leave the apartment in order for the next booking. No heavy cleaning required. Maintenance and Safety • Equipment maintenance: If you notice any problems with appliances, furniture or any item in the apartment, please let us know immediately so that we can make the necessary repairs. • Utensils and equipment: Use all items in the property with care. Damage or breakage will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation. Payment and Fees • Cleaning fee: The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the apartment after check-out. If the property is returned in unsuitable conditions of use, an additional fee may be charged. • Damage reimbursement: Damage to the apartment or broken items will be assessed and the cost will be passed on to the person responsible for the reservation.
