This home is nestled in a gated community that offers 3 community pools, 2 tennis courts, playground and basketball court. Just a short 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs! The space Inside the home you'll see the inviting open concept living/dining/Kitchen area with large windows and a sliding door leading out to the pool and spa. The living room has a leather sofa and two arm chairs facing the fireplace and smart tv. Bedroom one has two queen beds and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. There is also a ceiling fan and sliding doors that lead to the patio and pool area. Bedroom two has two twin beds and private entrance to the hall bathroom. There are also sliding doors that lead to the patio and pool area. Bedroom three has a trundle bed that when pulled out is two twin beds. Bathroom two has another bath/shower. Laundry room is down the hall from bedroom 3 with garage access. Single story home, great wifi, pets considered on case Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and outdoor space. The casita is not included in the rental.
