Three-bedroom exterior apartment with Wi-Fi

My full equipped apartment is 12 minutes from seaside by car and 20 minutes by metro(Line 6), and 3km from center. Near supermarkets, a big mall and a historic monument. The bus stop to the centre city and the tranvía station to seaside are very near. The apartment is in a multicultural area, where you can find all kind of shops Packing in the street is free. The space I have three bedrooms, two double beds,one single beds and a sofa_ bed for 6 people. A kitchen with washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and utilities for cooking. You also have Internet and wifi (vodafone fiber). A bathroom with bath tub hairdryer. You can also find iron as ironing board, and nearly every thing you may need to feel like home. Anyway if you think you need something else just tell me. The water heater is electric and has 30 litre of capacity, and it is better if you wait 10 minutes between one bath to another, to give time to have warm water, just in winter. Guest access You will have the Keys of my apartment, and all the flat for your own. You also have cable TV and speed WiFi. Other things to note The apartment is located a few minutes from the historical monument of San Miguel de los Reyes, a park and a large shopping center. cleaning with ultraviolet light type c and ozone, apart from normal cleaning.
