Newly built open concept home features stunning lake views from the house with a charming lake access lot where you can launch provided kayak or simply sit and enjoy the lake view. We have 2 adult size electric bikes for your enjoyment. Optional 90 minute sunset pontoon cruise. Enjoy the view with an evening fire around the firepit or in the outdoor fireplace on the lanai. Lanai TV is also a nice perk. *Occupancy limit 6 adults & 2 children* The space This newly constructed lake property is the perfect getaway if you are looking to enjoy a quiet/relaxing stay while being close to all things lake related, grocery store, and restaurants. *Max occupancy: 6 adults & 2 children. No exceptions* We offer a 90 minute sunset cruise, weather permitting, on our pontoon boat for our guests (8 people max) The rate is $50/person with a cap at $250.00 and is paid outside of AirBNB. There are 2 adult size electric bikes on site for your enjoyment. On the main floor, it is a split floor plan with 2 guest rooms on one side and the master suite on the other. 2 guest rooms each feature a queen bed, night stands, dresser, and ceiling fan. 1 of the guestrooms has a door directly out to the back lanai. The main bathroom is located off the hallway of the main living space between both bedrooms. It has a tub/shower with a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser and a 48" vanity. Towels, washcloths, bath mat supplied. The master suite, which is on the other side of the main living space, has a lovely lake view from the king-size bed. There are 2 nightstands and a large dresser with a smart TV. The bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in tile shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser. There is a walk-in closet for your use with an ironing board/iron available. Towels, washcloths, bath mat supplied. On the main floor, with 10 foot ceilings, you will enjoy the open floor plan with a large round table that seats 6 and island seating for 3. The living room has 2 very comfortable couches and an accent chair. Soft throws are within an arms reach if wanted. Our beverage/coffee bar has all you need for coffee in the morning and cool drinks throughout the day. An under-counter wine/beverage cooler with complimentary water bottles has been installed for your use. The Keurig is hard plumbed. No need to add water! Just drop in your pod and go. A French press is available, as well as a full pot coffee brewer, which is in the pantry. We have starter pods and coffee filters onsite. Wine glasses and coffee mugs are located at the coffee bar. The kitchen is stocked for your cooking/eating needs. Just bring your ingredients, which can be purchased at the nearby Publix grocery store 2 miles down the road. The microwave is located in the pantry. Small appliances include a toaster and blender. In addition to the refrigerator ice maker, the pantry has an under-counter ice maker for days you might want to fill up a cooler. A high capacity washer and dryer are available for your use. There is detergent and softener available. Upstairs, challenge your friends/family to a game of ping pong, watch a movie on the large sectional, or enjoy reading a book and gazing at the lake from the window bench seat. There is a small round game table, if that is your thing. For additional sleeping, there is also a twin day bed with a twin trundle upstairs with linens available. A half bathroom is upstairs. If you prefer to relax outside, the lanai fireplace or outdoor fire pit is the perfect place to wind down each evening while enjoying your favorite beverage and the lovely view of the lake. Firewood is on site for your enjoyment. There is an outside TV mounted above the mantle. There is an outdoor gas grill. 4 on-site kayaks can be launched from the water's edge on our lake access lot. Life jackets provided. There is also a kayak and paddle board rental place about 2 miles away at The Landing. There are 2 marinas within 4 miles of our house. A convenient cut through driveway makes it easy to get in and out if towing a boat trailer and there is ample parking for 3 vehicles. Beach towels will be provided based on occupancy. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and storage building Other things to note *Restrictions* You must be 35 or older to rent this property, and you must be residing at the property during the rental period. You can not rent this property for anyone else. Max occupancy: 6 adults & 2 children This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. No smoking in the house or on the porches/lanai. You can smoke in all other outdoor areas. Please note that this house is not "childproof" or "wheelchair accessible." There are stairs to the 2nd floor with cable railing, no railing on any porches, and there are stairs at all 3 home entrances. Because the house is not "childproofed," we do not rent to groups with children under 3. .
