The VIEW One Bedroom Waterfront Lake House

We will sometimes rent the main floor of our waterfront lake house at a lower price than the whole house if it is vacant heading into the weekend. The main floor includes a large living room, kitchen and deck, along with a master bedroom & bath. Upstairs and downstairs bedrooms will be closed & locked. This area is perfect for couples wanting to getaway and enjoy a gorgeous view with a mere 2 minute walk to the boat dock on the lake. Pet Fee: $50 -1st dog; $25 each additional. 3 dogs max. The space Open format living/dining/kitchen with large master bedroom & bath, including jetted jacuzzi. Large wrap around deck with grill & electric smoker. Guest access Upstairs and basement bedroom are not available at this one bedroom rate. Nature trail to the boat dock with complimentary kayaks, canoe and stand up paddle boards. Pontoon boat available to rent May through October, weather permitting.
