You will enjoy no neighbors or street lights that would obstruct your view of the beautiful night sky. Perfect for astronomy lovers. You will experience breathtaking sunrises and sunsets in a resort style setting. You can enjoy the beautiful outdoors sitting on the porch listening to the birds sing and watching the wildlife. It is a fully furnished studio suite. There is a kitchen with cooking utensils, barbecue grill outside with grilling utensils, full size bathroom, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, alarm clock, TV, DVD player, movies, A/C and heat. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and medicine cabinet. We provide towels, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, toilet paper, hair dryer, and q-tips. The kitchen has a medium size fridge/freezer (10 cu. ft.), induction cook top, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, dishes, cups, pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware, mixing bowls, measuring cups, can opener, dish cloth, dish towel, paper towels, dish washing liquid. We also provide ice, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, sweetener, ground coffee, tea, snacks, and bottled water or you can enjoy our delicious well water from 600ft down. (It has been tested and is safe and delicious to drink) There is a fire pit outside and we provide the wood and lighter. There is a table and chairs as well as a bench on the porch to enjoy the beautiful scenery. This resort style setting has blue and green lights at night that create a calming, peaceful setting to enjoy sitting outside and looking at the stars. The lights can also be turned off to enjoy the beautiful Southern Arizona night sky. We thoroughly clean the space and sanitize high-touch surfaces. We can provide cleaning supplies upon request. Guest access Entire guesthouse which is like a studio apartment. Enjoy the property but do not go further than the fountain. Other things to note We have well water and it has been tested. It is safe to drink. Check in instructions are sent the morning of check in.
