There are boat ramps into Perch Creek as well as the Bay. The home is 45 Minutes away from Dauphin Island and its Gulf Coast beaches. Yet, city life and Mobile downtown are only 15 minutes away. The house was completely remodeled in 2023. If needed, 6 guests can be added by booking a second home on the same property. The space The house is perfect for 4+2 guests, with the 3rd bedroom offering a bunkbed, perfect for kids. To accommodate larger groups (up to 12 guests), based on availability, it is possible to book a second home (sleeps 6) located on the same property. The 3rd bedroom with the bunkbed offers a lockable closet too, available for guests. This closet also allows access to the inside HVAC unit, which might be a safety concern for children or others. For this reason, the key is kept in the lock. Please lock the closet if you feel there is a safety concern, keep the key safe during your stay and place it back into the lock before you checkout. The driveway is shared with another home (not accessible for guests) at the end of the driveway. Please keep the driveway clear at all times. There is dedicated parking (marked) in front of the house. The backyard is sizable and available for guest use. The neighboring property is not marked by a fence, which makes the property feel like a park landscape. However, please respect the privacy of the neighbors and do not trespass. The property line runs along the extension of the south exterior wall, with the HVAC outside unit located next to it.
