**Caution if storms are forecasted! No guarantee it will be dry. **UNPLUMBED, use house bathroom! A step up from pitching your tent in our pastures, I am offering the shelter of our little RV for sleeping, when all our rooms are booked or you'd rather be a little closer to the woods! The 1985 camper is in a wooded and pastured area with wildlife, yet close to KC. Our family includes farm animals, dogs and cat. Acceptance requires Verified ID and tell me a bit about you and your trip! The space -No A/C or heat built in. I have fan and heater for your use though. -No running water. Use house bath. Dogs may be in your pathway upon entering the house to use the bathroom. -The over-the-cab bed may be a double air bed or the three-part RV bed. Currently it is the latter. You may park a passenger car or light truck close to the camper on gravel next to sidewalk, but the south side of it gets muddy if there has been a lot of rain or snow, that could get you stuck! Bigger vehicles need to stay further up the drive, as you come in. -Located on a part of the driveway closer to the woods than our house listing, this might be for those of you looking for a cheap place to camp, but forgot your tent. *We are providing a drug and alcohol-free environment. No smoking of any kind on our property; including vapes, e-cigs, pipes, or cigars. *There are many animals on the farm from chickens to dogs and cats. **Please discuss your pet with me in advance. They are not normally allowed in that small space. They need to be under control at all times for the safety of our animals and guests, as well as your's. ~~The humans honor the need for quiet during the night, but... rooster crowings, guinea warnings and sheep bleats as well as guard dogs and train whistles could wake sound sleepers! Guest access You may use the bathroom & shower on the second floor of the house from 8pm-8am Use the red door, go straight up the stairs and to the right. Both of the rooms upstairs are usually booked. Self check-in available. Living in the woods and on a farm means the house won't be spotless! Enjoy the outside while you are here! Other things to note No heat or a/c in the RV. No running water. (Use bathroom in the house.) There are a few lights, and the table with benches, but this is basically meant for sleeping. Above-the-cab bed measures 45x79, as long as a queen-sized, but narrower than a full-sized. Please eat only at the table in camper so you can clean up. Food smells attract predators from the woods. No smoking of any kind on our property; including vapes, e-cigs, pipes, or cigars.
