Welcome to The Kenmore! This in law suite is a cozy space where urban chic meets nature. Nestled in the very quite town of Kenmore at the top of Lake Washington. This private space is a feature in our brand new house! It's an in-law suite that's decked out with everything you may need. DISCLAIMER: because our living space is above, you may on occasion hear intermittent stomping of little feet upon our hardwood floors above you. You may also hear muffled crying or random singing. The space Included is your own bathroom, semi kitchen (sans oven), living room, 2 walk in closets, and 3 beds. This apartment is on the main floor of our home, which is 3 stories. We live in the upper portion of the home and is totally separate from the in law suite. There is only one entrance to the house which is a keyless entry, but you will have a private secured entrance to your apartment and your own bathroom and kitchen stocked with dishware, cookware, and coffee/tea. This space features a kitchen w/ an adorable breakfast nook, real beds, flat screen TV, free WIFI access and a super comfortable couch where you can lounge, kick up your feet and make yourself at home. Guest access - Private entrance with private bath and kitchen - Full sized bed with fresh linens - Twin sized bed with fresh linens - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash (toothbrush, floss, lotion) - High speed wireless internet - LCD 47" Flat screen TV with Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime access - Apartment sized fridge - Microwave - Coffee maker/toaster - Cookware and dish ware - Farmhouse sink with garbage disposal - All the gadgets you need to cook breakfast - Bread for toast and coffee with milk and sugar - Coffee/tea and kettle - Towels and washcloths - 2 Walk-in closets with four drawer dresser - Iron and Ironing board upon request - Plenty of books and magazines (we love to read!) - Seattle centric books related to day hikes, popular restaurants and must-see activities. - We are very kid friendly and have everything you will need to host your young children. Note: kids three years and under stay for free! - Free street parking can typically be found right in front of the house. Other than for loading/unloading your belongings, please do not park in the driveway. - The keyless entry password to access the home will be sent to you via the Airbnb messaging system 24 hours before arriving. Please don't hesitate to send me a reminder text in case I forget :) Mommy brains gets the best of me sometimes. Other things to note Guests aged 3 or under stay for free! We’re very kid friendly. Please let us know if you’ll have kids with you and we’ll baby proof the apartment, put out age appropriate toys and books. 😄
