Welcome to our accommodation! :) It is a 80m2 flat located in the south-east of Madrid, half an hour by public transport from the tourist centre (Sol). It is part of a complex with a communal swimming pool open in summer, a children's playground and a paddle tennis court. It also has an underground parking space. PARKING: In accordance with current regulations, vehicles without a DGT environmental badge (A label) are prohibited from entering and circulating in the area. The space In a building with lift, the apartment is located on the 1st floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa and TV, in a space open to an area with dining table - a separate kitchen - the sleeping area is organized as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) * 1 bedroom with 1 single sofa bed (90x200) and a work desk. - 1 bathroom It is a warm and cosy space, used and orientated to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning in all the apartment by means of 1 air conditioner thermostat with heat pump. Also, to heat the space, it also has electric radiators in all the rooms. In addition, there is access to a communal swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September with opening hours from 11:30 to 21:30 (it may vary according to season) If you arrive by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground parking lot. The travel crib is always in the house, stored in the closet. You must bring your own sheets. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register. If you don't provide the requested data before arriving, your reservation will be canceled without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
