Simple room in a beautiful townhouse with all the essentials. Check-in is typically (5p-7pm) but is flexible if you let me know ahead of time. Guest room enjoys an amazing view of the wasatch mountains, has a queen bed, small desk, closet, desk & chair, dresser, and a TV w/ DVD player (no cable). Access to kitchen and all appliances. Plenty of parking on the street. Access to pool across the street during summertime. Lots of shopping and food nearby. Within walking distance of movie theater. The space This is suitable space for couples, solo travelers, motorcyclists, cyclists, temple attendees, or people looking to hit that fresh snow! Note: Your room is accessed by stairs and is across from two other occupied bedrooms. Guest access Front door w/ a lock box with the key in it. We'll provide code to lock box after reservation. Other things to note Convenient to recreation/ski areas, downtown Salt Lake City, and Park City. *3 mins to I-15 freeway *4 mins to charming downtown Bountiful *6 mins to LDS temple (Bountiful) *8 and 12 mins to mountain trailheads (mtn biking, mc, ATV) *18 mins to downtown SLC, Jazz arena, historic Temple Square *18 mins to SLC International airport *30 mins to Uni of Utah *35 mins to Park City
