MARRIOTT DESERT VILLAS-1K-COACHELLA MUSIC FEST!

Celebrate the COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL or SPRING BREAK in style! I have availability at my Marriott Desert Springs Villas timeshare for lodging for the first weekend of the Coachella Music Festival (event pricing upon inquiry) and additional nights directly after the festival available for an attractive promotional rate! During non-Coachella festival years, our villas are available for seasonal Spring Break and Easter guests. The space Resort: Marriott Desert Springs Villas I Location: 1091 Pinehurst Ln, Palm Desert, CA 92260 Villa Size: 1800 Square Feet Sleeps 8 (6 privately) Sleeping arrangements: - 1 King bedroom suites with Private full bathroom that sleeps 2 - 1 Bedroom suite with 2 Queen beds that sleeps 4 total and has private full bathroom - Pull out sleeper sofa in Living room that sleeps 2 Resort Amenities: - Tennis - Golf - Golf Course Views - Pools - Restaurants - Bars - Bike Rentals - On-site Movie Theater - Yoga Studio - Guest rooms: Complimentary Wireless - Lobby and public areas: Complimentary Wireless, Wired - Complimentary on-site parking Guest access Guests primarily have access to their own villa and all common areas, including the pool and fitness center, at the Marriott Desert Springs Villas I resort. Guests can purchase tickets separately for shuttles that leave from the hotel for the Coachella Music Festival. Other things to note VILLA ASSIGNMENTS: Timeshare owners do not rent a specific villa at the resort. Rather, the villas are assigned to guests at the time of check-in. As an owner of a timeshare villa at the Marriott Desert Springs Villas resort, I can make special requests on behalf of guests for special accommodations such as views, room location (i.e. ground floor or upper floor), etc. prior to guest arrival. While these requests are not guaranteed, as an owner, Marriott prioritizes my request over guests that book directly with Marriott or are coming in by exchanging their ownership week at a different resort. As such, I have a very strong track record of accommodating all my guests room requests. SPRING BREAK GUESTS: During periods when the Coachella Music Festival is not being held in April, we will make our villas available at a seasonal Spring rates. COACHELLA GUESTS: During years when the Coachella Music Festival is scheduled during April, we require a 4 Night Minimum Stay for each weekend. If guests are interested in extending their stay, up to 3 additional nights are available at a discounted rate for Monday - Wednesday nights that either precede or follow the Coachella weekend (based on availability). For an additional fee (upon approval by host), we may accommodate up to 4 additional guests above the stated 8 person maximum upon request (for up to 12 total guests). If approved, each additional guest will pay a flat $100/person/night fee and will be each required to commit to a 3 night minimum if the dates requested overlap with the Coachella Music Festival. Also, the additional guests will need to bring air mattresses, bedding and/or sleeping bags as there will be no additional sleeping/bedding options for guests above 8 total people. Owner will submit separate invoice for the additional guests through the Airbnb resolution center after the initial reservation is confirmed and payment will be due no later than the next day. After making the reservation, guests will be contacted to provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. These names will be placed on a Marriott reservation confirmation that will be emailed in short order to the guest. Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, and per Airbnb policy, the security deposit is neither collected at time of booking nor is a "hold" placed on the guest card at time of booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests' stay, Airbnb will contact the guest(s) for restitution. Please contact Airbnb for more details concerning their Security Deposit policy. Those attending the music festival can purchase all-day/night transportation shuttle passes online to be picked up at the JW Marriott Hotel directly next door to the Desert Springs Villas resort. The Marriott Desert Springs Villas II is a world-class resort that also has many fantastic amenities for guests including golf, restaurants, bars and proximity to the prime Palm Desert shopping.
