Central air conditioning, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter. Only one thermostat regulates the temperature of the entire house, the thermostat is on the wall of the common area, and is locked in a box, only the host can adjust it, not the guest. If you need to adjust the temperature, please contact the host to help adjust it. Please note and understand that the host will try their best to meet the needs of all guests, but it is unlikely that everyone will be satisfied as each guest is from a different country and has different temperature needs. The 👉bathroom and kitchen are shared. The house keeper cleans the common area daily from 11am-1pm. If you check in late, you may see the used bathroom and kitchen, which are not as clean and tidy as the cleaned ones. In fact, every guest who has used the common area must clean up their own garbage or dirt, but not everyone can do this, it depends on everyone's basic quality. The host and housekeeper do not live here, so we do not provide 24-hour cleaning, but we can guarantee cleaning once a day at noon. Therefore, every guest is required to abide by the house rules to maintain the hygiene of the common areas. If you are very concerned about the hygiene of the common area, and you want the common area to be clean and dust-free no matter how late you check in, then my suggestion is to book a place with a host living in it, because the host may be ready to clean the common area at any time; or book a place with a private bathroom or even a single house. I don't want us to have unnecessary trouble and miscommunication due to hygiene issues in common areas. I hope you understand.
