Featuring an open foyer with a sunken den with a two sided stone fireplace that also accommodates the living room. The kitchen has been updated with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops, the master bed has his and her walk in closets and a master bath with vaulted ceilings and a Jacuzzi tub. Screened in porch features a flat screen tv for movie nights. The space Pool has a wrap around deck, lounge chairs and an outdoor table. Garage space is yours for the duration of the rental period and fits two vehicles comfortably. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cooking essentials such as sugar, flour, spices are all labeled and yours to use to enjoy the time you spend there. The upstairs features a master bedroom with french doors, with his and hers walk in closets, a california king bed, 65 inch television with timed hue lighting throughout and an attached master bath with vaulted ceilings. There is another bedroom with a king bed and another bath in between. The last room on the top floor was made into a makeup/meditation room with floor length mirrors, a makeup vanity that plays music and has custom lighting. There is a hammock swing that overlooks the whole private yard where you can sit and read a book and recharge. The house is a smart home that is controlled with a Vivint Sky panel. Upon booking you will receive the code in which to enter the home. All rooms have mood lighting that is on a timer to come on and light home up every night. Led candles will light up for 5 hours every night. The pool has tiki torches that you can light. Pool guy takes care of the pool during summer months. The screened in patio is so relaxing on warm summer nights to sit out and watch movies on the flat screen TV. Owner is living in Florida but owners parents live walking distance and are more than happy to assist in the management of the property. Our desire is for your stay here to be relaxing and enjoyable. This home can accomodate for work trips, girls weekends, or a small family stay. Home is intended for a relaxing getaway from the stresses of life. I would say the best rentals for this space would be for a girls getaway, a work trip, relax and decompress stay, or just a getaway for a single person.
