Adorable 1 Bedroom Bungalow w/ large deck and W/D

This cozy stand-alone bungalow sits at the back edge of a tri-plex and is within easy walking distance to all the fun events and destinations in Midtown/downtown. The unit is small but comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The large outside deck is perfect for a relaxing morning cup of coffee. The bungalow is centrally located with short drives to Tahoe, Carson City and more. No smoking, no pets. The space The kitchen is compact but well equipped for those who like to cook. It is fully equipped with a coffee maker, pots and pans, and all dishes. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal (please be considerate with what you put in the disposal- please scrape food into the trashcan as much as possible and never put chicken bones down the disposal). * A stackable washer and dryer is in the hallway for your convenience, just next to the full bathroom.  * There are custom pull-up/pull down window coverings throughout so you can decide how much sun or privacy you want. For vertically challenged persons (like me) there is a tool that looks like a long rod with a hook on the end to raise and lower the window treatments so you don’t have to climb on furniture. Guest access The bungalow is in the alley just to the north of Moran St (off Wells)s by keyless entry. Please review the check-in instructions for more information. The deadbolt to the keyless locking unit only unlocks that lock. If you want to lock any secondary locks when you leave, a regular key will also be left hanging in the unit on the coat rack just as you enter the door. A HUGE caution- DO NOT lock any of the secondary door locks unless you have your key! You must take your key so you don’t get locked out. * There is one parking spot - please park closely alongside the unit so that there is room between your car and the space next to it that is reserved for the tenant. * Please do not park in the alleyway - that is reserved for ingress/egress and for fire access. Other things to note The door on the alley way does not have an electronic keypad. The key that is left hanging can be used for that door.
