Guest access 🔑 Guest Access: * Private entrance to the entire basement suite * Full access to all guest areas—excluding two locked utility/storage spaces * All interior areas are private for your group * Outdoor areas (pool, playground, yard) are shared with hosts and their personal guests * Hosts live upstairs and are available for any questions or help Other things to note ⚠️ Please reconsider booking if any of the following may be a concern: 👦 We have an 8-year-old son, so you may occasionally hear normal kid-related activity 🏠 We live upstairs, so some normal household noise should be expected 🔊 Household, child, and farm animal sounds are part of the setting (including dogs and occasional rooster activity, even at night) 🐾 We have 3 friendly dogs (including a 100lb Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dog who stays outside 24/7 and may bark at night), as well as free-roaming guinea fowl and chickens (including roosters) While we believe this is a peaceful and beautiful setting, it may not be ideal for those who are highly sensitive to noise or expecting a hotel-like environment. 📌 House & Reservation Rules: 🚭 No smoking (indoors or outdoors). A $500 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking 🎉 No parties or gatherings. Evidence of a party may result in immediate cancellation with no refund 👥 Only registered guests allowed unless prior written approval is obtained   – $100 per unauthorized guest per night and/or immediate cancellation with no refund 🐶 No pets allowed.
