Kitchen area is equipped with the finest appliances: a coffee machine to prepare a perfect morning brew, a range to prepare sumptuous meals for the family, a dishwasher and disposal for an easy clean-up, two door-refrigerator, and of course a microwave oven. A 4-seater breakfast bar is set up in the kitchen area for quick bites if you are in a rush and a sophisticated dining area for a proper sit-down meal with the family. For a better family bonding time, a family area is located on the second floor where an in-home shuffleboard game is available. If you are a little bit worn down for the day and needs to relax, the capacious living room has a direct access to the spacious patio with a table perfect for a chill bonding with the family and friends. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: ** Pool and SPA heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. ** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay. Other Things to Note: No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.
