A major refurbishment of a textile factory from the beginning of the last century was carried out there. Other things to note It is an ideal place for a couple of travelers, students or professionals who need a relaxed and warm place to live. The apartments are completely independent, yet guests often share the inner courtyard full of plants and strike up friendships. Currently, in general, the guests are foreigners on short stays. On the ground floor there is a Free Movement practice space since 1989. It's a place of research, with only three hours of work with music per week.
