This quiet and comfortable North Buffalo private bedroom in lower apartment is the perfect place for anyone wanting a convenient location close to all the city spots, the downtown district, Niagara Falls, and the airport. The space The downstairs apartment is in a traditional, cool, 1920's North Buffalo double home. The living room is cozy and includes comfortable seating. Wifi code is written in wall in bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed that will comfortably fit 2 people, and for an additional person an air mattress can be provided. I, your host, am super friendly and always available for questions and/or concerns. Parking is in the street and spaces are usually not difficult to find. The shower has strong water pressure and is conveniently located next to the bedroom. Guest access You have access to: Bedroom (on the right) Living Room Dining Room Kitchen Bathroom with Tub/Shower Washer and Dryer in Basement Please park in street. During your stay I am able to help you if you have questions! I generally will send you a message once during your stay to see if I can do anything for you. I do not call you, but you are more than welcome to call me if something happens. You will be able to get ahold of me for anything once you book by phone. Please do not be shy.
