This cozy apartment was fully renovated and furnished in February 2024 and has a style and functionality. You will have everything for joyful stay. The sofa is convertible to a bed with a mattress. We are keen to a quality of the bed linen and towels. Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals, delicious coffee and tea are in your disposal for the best mornings. For your comfort there is a washing machine and an iron. Subway is in 5 min walk and an easy access to the airports. Other things to note My job is to make your stay comfortable. That’s why I welcome guests personally and show the studio myself. There is a smart TV, you will watch 140 channels as well as Netflix. Washing machine, washing capsules, ironing table and iron are at your disposal. In the kitchen you will find delicious tea and coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar and spices. The kitchen for your favourite drinks and dishes has champagne, wine and water glasses, beautiful plates and stylish cutlery. The studio has 2 wardrobes and plenty of storage space for clothes. You will rest under the protection of an armored door with 5 locks. The studio is very bright with 2 windows and one window in the bathroom. The studio is on the 3rd floor with a lift. The windows look out into the yard, but the neighboring houses are far away. Bed linen and 2 sets of towels are provided - shower towel, hand towel, floor tower and kitchen towel.
