Quiet and safe place. My house is located in a new neighborhood a very safe and quiet place. I am located at 40 minutes drive to Sequoia park, we have all famous and fast foods restaurants at a walking distance. Other things to note I have a ring doorbell in from of the house and a camera outside monitoring only the driveway.
