Terrace, Barbecue, Next to Downtown/Island Ferry!

Located in São Sebastião/SP, Studio-style small house in the back of the house. Entrance through the garage of the house (where we live) and independent corridor, without access to the interior of our house. Because it is on the second floor, it is very airy, has a kitchen and bathroom, cable TV and Wi-Fi. In the outdoor area, there is a barbecue area and a third floor overlooking the sea. Located in an upscale neighborhood, no parking required. The space The Edícula was designed to welcome our guests! It has a barbecue in the outdoor area to provide guests with pleasant moments. We think of details such as 100% cotton bed linen, large bath towels, basic kitchen utensils to make a good meal, plus basic seasonings (s, salt, pepper, sugar), oil and coffee, and a barbecue lighter. Guest access It is necessary to give at least 1 hour's notice of arrival. We live on site, in the house located below, so if the guest needs something we can assist them with (appliance, washing machine, beach chair, umbrella) it will be a pleasure. Other things to note The entrance to the edícula is made through our garage, which gives access to a side corridor and at the end to a staircase to access the edícula (being on the second floor, the guest is totally isolated). At the end of the corridor (at the bottom of the edícula) is our barbecue area, which can be used by us (and guests are invited to use it). Our dogs are kept in a fenced area in the garage. Eventually, you may run into my mother-in-law, me or my wife, as there are common areas, but after climbing the access ladder to the annex, you will be isolated there!
