Welcome to your South Atlanta Retreat! This cozy ranch style makes you feel at home as you walk through the front door. Many guests are intrigued by the beautiful floors. The inviting living room awaits your entrance. Off the living room is your eat-in kitchen with the laundry room. A 2 car garage is conveniently located from the kitchen. The bedrooms are on the opposite wing of the home. 2 secondary bedrooms share a bathroom. The master suite has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The space Although this warm ranch home is located south of the city, it’s conveniently situated within 5 miles of I-75 and 675 exit 2. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. Most of your eateries are not far. They can easily be accessed 1 exit away off exit 1 of 675. Guest access Guest are welcome in their private rooms, bathroom, the common areas, and back yard. During your stay Since I no longer reside on the property, I can be reached by phone, text, or email. Other things to note Please note garage accessibility will depend on the current occupants. If the house is vacant, the garage is free for use. However, if residents are using the garage, parking will be delegated to the driveway.
