You will love our place and it’s close proximity to the main village stroll. Just a short walking distance to all amenities, transit, ski lifts, restaurants, shops, grocery, pharmacy and liquor stores. Our place is best suited for couples and families. The space About the Home Remodelled from top to bottom, this is a bright and modern two bedroom, two bathroom, three level townhome in Stoney Creek Sunpath centrally located just steps from the main Village Stroll, the Marketplace and a short walk to the ski lifts. Living Area: The entrance with small mudroom is located on the ground floor. It features a tiled heated floor, cubbies to store your gloves, mitts, tuques and helmets, hooks to hang your coats and jackets and a place to hang your skis and snowboards. The wood stairway immediately leads up to the main floor open concept living area that features a cozy gas fireplace, a comfy sectional sofa and a flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace. There is sliding door access to a private balcony where you can sit with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and to access the BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and seating at the kitchen counter. The dining table comfortably seats 6. The top level balcony accessed from the master bedroom features a private hot tub and the complex also contains a common area salt water hot tub and outdoor pool. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Both guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the top level. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, closet with a built-in organizer and access to the deck with private hot tub. The second bedroom features a solid wood bunk bed with ladder. It consists of a double XL on the top bunk and a queen on the bottom bunk. The closet also has a built-in organizer. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The first bathroom features an alcove bathtub with a custom frameless glass sliding door. The adjacent second bathroom features a custom frameless glass enclosed neo-angled shower. Both bathrooms have heated tiled floors, single vanities with quartz countertops, illuminated LED mirrors, and floating wood shelves. Added Conveniences: This unit features an in-suite full size washer and dryer, air conditioning, free wireless internet and reserved parking for one vehicle in our secure underground parkade. Additional vehicles can park in any unreserved stall, on a first come first serve basis at no cost. The home is perfect for a small family or small group of friends with its central location for year round stays. Guest access You have full access of the entire home with the exception of any locked doors (which are for owner use). All communal areas of the property are there for you to enjoy, including the swimming pool and hot tub. Other things to note The height of our underground parkade is 2.0m Clearance 6’8”. If you have an oversized vehicle, here are a few options close by that allow overnight parking: Whistler Conference Centre 2.08m/6’10”; Whistler Public Library 2.2m/7’2” or Whistler Town Plaza 3.7m/12’2” For your convenience, the nearby Fresh St Market offers online shopping and automated refrigerated lockers for pickup outside store hours. For grocery and/or restaurant delivery, there is the Whistler Grocery Service & Delivery or Whistler Dine In available. We have a portable high chair/booster seat in the home but if you require any additional baby equipment during your stay you can rent through Baby’s on the Go - Whistler’s Baby Equipment Rental Company. Whistler Bag Storage offers day storage of luggage and ski lockers for a nominal fee. Located in the Hilton retail galleries steps from the Whistler Mountain Gondolas.
