Very nice house near the beach

Beautiful house very well equipped for 8 people, inside Solanas Vacation Club. It has all the services of the complex, with several open pools and 1 heated indoor pool, daily maid service, beach service, recreation, kindergarten, tennis courts, volleyball, soccer, basketball, gym, saunas, horse rental, bicycles, ATVs. The space Our house is well equipped to accommodate up to 8 people. It has private wifi, apart from the one in the complex in the common areas. There are 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine as a 4th bedroom. The beds are well distributed, making good use of the space. Downstairs is the en-suite room, with 1 king size bed. The en-suite bathroom, the toilet, the living room with 2 single beds (one hidden under the other), the dining room and the kitchen. And on the top floor there is a 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom with four bunk beds and the mezzanine, which forms a 4th bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed. This mezzanine is semi-open on one side forming a balcony over the double-height living room. The upstairs bathroom is identical to the one downstairs, with a shower over the bathtub, toilet, bidet, marble countertop with sink and single lever faucet, a large mirror and hairdryer. Going out to the back garden is the fully roofed barbecue, with tables, benches and outdoor chairs. In the laundry room there is an automatic washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and steam iron. In the kitchen there is a microwave, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, another horizontal freezer, 4-burner stove with gas oven, various appliances, such as blender, citrus juicer, chopper and everything you need to cook and serve the table. We have plenty of hot water, with two new water heaters placed in series. There is a daily maid service with a change of sheets and towels. Guests can enjoy all the complex's amenities.
