A green place to enjoy
Description
Wooden cabin, 40m2, loft with a sailor's bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Now with Fiber Optic Internet! Wood-burning stove and roofed outdoor gallery. Tree bottom with grillero. 4 1/2 blocks from the beach, the cabin overlooks Cerro San Antonio. 2 bicycles are available. There are 2 hammocks. Linens and towels are provided. Well-equipped kitchen with dishes for 6, blender, mixer, coffee maker, glasses, etc. The space I built this cabin with a lot of love and I will love to receive diverse people because it will be a bit like traveling the way I like: leaving the traditional circuits and learning the customs and gastronomy of other places. It's warm in winter and cool in summer, thanks to the wood. It has an access ramp and good lighting and ventilation. It has dishes for 6 people and full equipment, a kitchen with an oven with a grill, blender, mixer, coffee maker, etc. The roofed gallery allows us to sit and enjoy outside even when it rains, and see the hummingbirds, benteveos, horneros, woodpeckers, etc., that accompany us amicably. The wood-burning stove enables us to go in winter and around the fire, spend magical nights, alone, or with friends or family. Guest access To the green space with native plants and trees (anacahuita, chalchales, arazá, pitanga, arrayanes), with acacias and eucalyptus, we have added an orange tree, a guava tree, a medlar tree, a fig tree and a quince tree. The grill is for common use and you are asked to be careful with the fire. The cabin is 4 and 1/2 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, with lifeguard service. There is a supermarket 3 1/2 blocks away open from 7 am to 10 pm. On the corner, Guyunusa Square offers children's games, recreational activities are held. Very close by, horses are rented for walks in the hills and birdwatching. The police headquarters is 1 block away, the neighborhood is very safe, and the neighbors are very friendly and united. Other things to note There are many historical places in the area to visit, Hotel Argentino, Piria Castle, etc., boat trips, fishing, surfing, cable cars to Cerro San Antonio, wildlife reserve in Cerro Pan de Azúcar, SOS Marine Rescue, Serpentarium Alternatus, local cuisine, etc.
