The Cozy Buffalo Villa is tucked away in the beautiful White Mountains of Show Low, and is conveniently located right off highway 260, outside of the beautiful Torreon Golf community. The Villa has a front and oversized back outdoor space which is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the crisp mountain air. The space The Buffalo Bill's resort Villas are a brand-new complex, unit built in May 2023, with a total of 20 private units in the community. This Villa is in the best and most private location with private views, perfect for watching nature during the day or night for star gazing. Each unit offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, open concept kitchen, dining, and great room with wood vaulted ceilings! The primary room has a California King bed, and the guest room features a queen bed. Twin airbed also provided with bedding for an extra guest, located in the primary walk-in closet. If you are traveling with children, we have a Pack-N-Play available in the primary closet along with bedding. Baby gate provided as well. There's a large electric fireplace which you can use for heat or just for ambiance. Living room features a 65-inch Smart TV, Primary room has a 55-inch Smart TV and guest has a 50-inch Smart TV. All TV's have Free Samsung TV for basic TV viewing and all your favorite apps which you can download and keep up with your favorite shows, your account log-in will be needed. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook your favorite meal. You'll find everything you need, including cookware, bakeware, knives set, and K-cup for coffee (sugar, Splenda) and hot water heater for tea. The high-top dining set comfortably seats four as well as our rear deck table and seating area. Torreon Golf Community is a block away from the Villa and this prestigious community is well known for its (2) championship golf courses, Open to Guests fine dining and miles of walking paths to enjoy the beautiful pines. Getting out of the heat in the Summer- you can also enjoy activities such as hiking, biking trails, fishing, paddle boarding and boating on nearby lakes (Fools Hollow Lake) are all within just a few minutes of our Villa for your favorite activity. During the winter months, Sunrise Park Resort is only 40 miles away and offers Skiing, Snowboarding and Tubing fun. Guest access Guests have full use of the property, front and rear deck and backyard. Entry codes will be provided for front door upon check-in.
