The space Spacious unit with gorgeous shared backyard on a creek 100 feet to the Lake. Guest access Entire unit, backyard, free parking in driveway, laundry in shared hallway to the garage. First load free. $5/load after that. Other things to note You have your own guest house space with two private entrances and on premise parking. The backyard is shared. You have your own washer dryer in the shared hallway for longer stays leading to the garage. NOTE: the second "bedroom" is not private (no door) and has a futon. Can be sleeping area or reading room etc.
