This is the perfect place for a group! 15 minutes from downtown and very close to ski resorts, Lagoon, and downtown SLC. Maverick convenience store is a 2 minute walk and Walmart & restaurants are close too! With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a lock on the master suite, we have thought of all the details! We even have a nice & clean port-a-crib in the master suite if you need it! Yes this can really sleep up to 9! I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish Mandarin! 我说中文! We Chat is Seth_Hiatt The space Spacious (1200 square feet) 2-bedroom, 2 bath with washer/dryer and lots of amenities! Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a portable crib in the room and lock on the door and its own master bathroom attached. Bedroom #2 has two sets of bunkbeds for up to 5 more people, see photos. There is a two-person standard bunk bed and a three-person bunkbed that is narrower than a standard bed but great for kids or smaller adults. We also have two high end camping cots, each has a 350 pound capacity! That means you can sleep up to 9 people + an infant in our place! With two bathrooms and parking for two cars right outside, you'll love our space! Guest access Guests can access the 24-hour fitness center or use the large common room with foosball, ping pong and a large TV. Great pool in the summer and year-round hot tub too! Access to the apartment is very easy because the key is in a lockbox! Other things to note Free wifi, big TV with Roku (Netflix/Hulu/SlingTV/HBO & more channels installed and working) plenty of bedding and towels for everyone and shampoo/soap and extras. Feel free to use the washer/dryer and dip into the detergent... it is on us! We keep filtered water in the fridge and some Chinese candy on the counter too, feel free to dip into those. Lots of little extras! Pots and pans and working kitchen with dishes so you can cook if you want too. I picked up some boneless/skinless chicken on a steal of a deal recently so if you want to buy a whole 5-pound bag of chicken out of the freezer they are just $10 per bag ($2 per pound for boneless/skinless is great). Just let me know you bought one and feel free to cook them up on the stove, we can charge you after your stay for them.
