San Clemente is a great location to explore Southern California! Enjoy a great beach community that provides great surfing, shopping, and restaurants. We are 5 minutes drive from Doheny State Beach (Dana Point), and about 10 minutes drive from the prime surfing spots at Trestles. We are 10 minutes drive from the main shopping & restaurant area in San Clemente Village or Dana Point Harbor. There are several restaurants and an excellent grocery store within a couple blocks of the house. The space You will have a private bedroom with a queen sized bed and large closet on the second floor of our home. You will also have a private full bathroom with tub and shower that will be available to you. Both the bedroom and bathroom are newly remodeled. There is a shared hallway between the bedroom and bathroom. All 3 of our bedrooms are off this hallway, the other 2 are used for our bedroom and one for my home office. You will have a wall mounted flat screen with streaming TV service (Sling & HBO), so you don't have to miss any programming during your stay. You will have space in the closet and a dresser to store your personal items during your stay. The window in the room overlooks a palm tree and Mira Costa park next door. There are darkened curtains for privacy. The room only hosts 2 people comfortably. Guest access You will have access to the whole home except for the master bedroom and office. You will be provided keypad access to the home, so you can come and go at your leisure. You are welcome to use our kitchen as needed. You are welcome also to use our washer and dryer which is located in the garage. If you are bringing a car, you will be able to park in an open parking space inside the community. This is in a private part of the community and we will either register your car or give you a hang tag you can display during your visit. During your stay My wife and I will be living and working in the home so we will be able to answer and questions you have during your stay. If desired we are happy to socialize with our guests or we can provide complete privacy. Other things to note When you put in your reservation request, please make sure to indicate the purpose of your visit and any expectations or needs that you have during your stay. This is not meant to be intrusive at all, but I want to make sure that our accommodations fit your needs prior to accepting your booking. We do have 2 friendly cats in the house, so if you have allergies this may not be appropriate for you. If you like cats, you've come to the right place, our cats are very social and will be happy to visit with you. While we have pets, we keep our place very clean, so you will not experience bad pet smells or pet hair in the home. The guest room is kept closed when we don't have guests so our cats do not have access to it.
