Close to everything (15 minutes by car), yet in an island bedroom community that feels like you're really getting away, this beautiful home was renovated in February 2017. Snowbirds, long-term guests, and last minute bookings welcome! If you'd like me to give you a custom tailored tour, we can discuss arrangements if you're interested. :D The space From 4/17-5/10, this will be a private room with a *shared* bath. As you come into the entry way, you'll kick off your shoes and head up the stairs and into the open and airy great room. Plenty of seating to cozy up with a good book or sit around and chat. The kitchen and dining room are off of the great room and should have everything you need. As you walk down the hall, your bathroom will be on the left with the linen closet on the right. Further down is the laundry area on the left. The last door on the right is your room. Guest access Please make yourself comfortable in the common areas which include the great room, kitchen, dining room, laundry area, the back yard, and the back porch. During your stay I or the caretaker will meet you to check you in and give you a quick tour, get you settled in, and answer any questions. I will also meet you for checkout, too. :) Versatile! I'm happy to be a tour guide, offer you recommendations, or just let you explore on your own. I'll never offer anything I'm not wanting you to take me up on. Conversely, I'll never take offense if you decline. I just want you to have a great time on your terms! :) If I happen to not be around, I'm always available on my cell phone. You can text or call any time! Other things to note We have a 20lb Miniature French Bulldog named Ogie (short for Oglethorpe, after the founder of Savannah). Ogie is by no means an alpha dog. He just loves to play with everyone...whether two or four legged. He is not aggressive and we do not encourage roughhousing with him or getting him all riled up; he's still has puppy tendencies and has no problem doing that on his own, lol! We love our home and we hope you love it, too! For those interested using the home as a location for filming: We do not allow film crews to use the house as a location for this price. If you are interested in filming, you must have proof of insurance for a minimum of $5,000,000 and the cost to use the home is $25,000 per any calendar day.
