Welcome! This home is located in a very private and serene location far from neighbors. It has 4 well-appointed bedrooms, each boasting its own private bathroom and adorned with luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton bed linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, from cooking basics to a large variety of pots and pans, allowing you to prepare meals for all with ease. The view from the pool is spectacular, offering a refreshing oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The space This home features 4 spacious bedrooms, making it versatile for groups of various sizes. To accommodate different needs, we offer flexible rental options based on the size of your group. The rental price will be adjusted according to the number of people in your party and number of bedrooms you require, ensuring that whether you are small group, a family, or a larger group, you will find a suitable and affordable option. Villa la Jungla is not a "party" house. It is more suitable for family and friends looking for a fantastic vacation together. The base fee listed is for 4 people (2 bedrooms) . We strive to provide our guests with all the things that we looked for in a rental: Functional well-equipped kitchen (including kitchen basics like oil, salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, coffee, tea etc). Comfortable, stylish furnishings. 100% cotton bedding. And above all else clean and well cared for. I am personally involved in the cleaning and maintenance of the property and am always striving to make improvements where I can. This fantastic home is the Design of a well-known French architect in Pedasi, Giles St Giles. It has many special architectural touches that you will not find in other homes. Everything about the home feels like vacation. The bedrooms are very spacious, and each bathroom is unique. The view from your large terrace is spectacular. There is a jungle between you and the ocean. And by night, with the pool lighting and yard lighting, it is magical. The pool is at the center of your backyard and the view from the pool ..... breath taking. Within minutes from the home there are multiple amazing beaches for you to enjoy. Guest access The entire property is private and for use only for the renters. In order to provide access to smaller groups we limit the number of bedrooms available. If you are from 2-4 people, you will have access to 2 bedrooms. 5-6 people will have access to 3 bedrooms. 7-8 people will have access to all 4 bedrooms. If you are less than 7 people but wish access to all 4 bedrooms you will be charged as 7 people. This fee structure makes it possible to rent to all group sizes at an affordable price per person. The driveway is a steep dirt road. During dry season most vehicles will make it to the house although having an SUV, front wheel drive or 4x4 will be a better option than a small veh ie: Kia Picanto. There are frequent, short power outages in the area, and we do not have a generator. In the case of an outage, we will keep you informed of the situation. If it ia a longer outage we recommend planning a chill day by the pool or at Playa Puerto Escondido 😉 There are no televisions at the home. If you like to watch TV or movies make sure to bring a laptop or tablet, the WIFI typically (although it too can drop occasionally ... these little inconsistencies in services are truly part of the charm of Panama) is very good and available in all rooms. Other things to note Please note that every bedroom has an A/C unit but in the main living area there is no A/C. The house is set on the land in such a way that when you open the deck doors and the front doors that there is a beautiful current of air that keeps the main living space very cool. There is a small A/C in the kitchen as well. We live in an area where there can be power outages, it has improved a lot over the years, however, there still can be outage either planned or unplanned . If there is a planned outage we will advise you and if it is unplanned .... you will discover when the power goes off 😉 like us! This home does not have a generator so if the power does go out there is really nothing we can do other than be patient until it comes back on. We maintain a 10L bottle of water on site, multiple candles,battery operated portable lights in every bedroom, and a flashlight. We recommend that if the power goes out that you open your windows (front and back) and enjoy your time at the beach or the pool. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to control this small flaw in our paradise but hopefully you will not be bothered too too much.
