The interior features a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living-dining room with all necessary amenities, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with two single beds and another with a double bed), a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. As previously mentioned, it is located in Sencelles, a small town of barely 3,000 inhabitants that still preserves the typical Mallorcan houses, with stone streets and beautiful surrounding fields. Sencelles has two small supermarkets, despite this, the city of Inca is just 10 minutes by car, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. On the other hand, Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort, with extensive kilometres of white sand and crystal-clear waters, are located just 30 minutes from the estate.
